Is the instinct to fight back a genetic programming, or is it more of a game theory element? A bully has total escallation dominance because he's trying to keep the conflict at the lowest level possible while still maintaining his dignity. The group also has the instinct that anyone that makes a sacrifice for es e, team is good. So i don't think it's just social. I think there's some animalistic instincts that roll in there. It would make sense, just through natural selection,. Because tribes that didn't operate that way lenta, didn't stick around.
