Are We Inflating or Deflating?

I think we have a wild gyration around a fundamental trend line. The fundamental trend line for the past, say, forty or 50 years has been towards disinflation. I don't really believe it's going to be that noticeable over short periods of time. But at the same time, we cant ignore the fact that the fundamental forces of excess, of indebtedness. There's so much more debt coming out of the cronovirus than is being spent. A lot of stimulus checks are fought with so much savings yet still haven't been spent. That money wasn't generated.
