Rina Titus: Ask kids if they need the help. Or if they want that. We know they need it. And I've had kids be like, but why? Why is that question so valuable to ask? You can't make a teenager do things. But you got to work with that reality. It doesn't always tell you exactly what to do next when you've asked this question. Sometimes kids will take the support, but they need to put some of their own conditions around it.
