The Pros and Cons of Oral Nipetipine for Hypertension
Oral nifetipine seemed to perform better than IV libetalol for the endpoints that they were looking at. They did not take into account the hemodynamic phenotypes of the hypertensive disorder and pregnancies that these patients had. Others have been stating this that there are different reasons why patients get hypertensive disorders in pregnancy with or without severe features. But again, journal, maternal fetal and neonatal medicine, it's a great systematic review and meta-analysis.
