What Should Libertarians Think About Nuclear Power?

Nuclear power seemed to be, everywhere, a creature of the state. There was no merchant interest in building nooks for libertarians. We don't need to do cots benefit analysis, because it just doesn't seem like there's any antrepinurial possibility,. given the legal liability issues in the ten thousand year radioactive waste disposal problem. But is nuclear power viable from an strictly economic point of view, if the carbon tax were high enough? And the answer is yes.
