When i left tinder i didn't know what i wanted to do next but i knew i wanted to start something and so i spent about 18 months at reforge had over a thousand people go through the product strategy and product leadership program. I'd known from my own experience that coaching can be incredibly valuable in helping with those soft skills that are essential as you rise within an organization. Something like 95 percent of people that work with a coach say that they would do it again. It's this thing that has incredible product market fit but the limiting factor has been it's just too difficult to find a good coach and it's too expensive to afford a good coach.
