I have noticed that after coming out of a period of intense stage four burnout my mental capacity to withstand and kind of endure stress increased. Is there any element of you know your mind and mental toughness improving in the sense maybe even despite the physical responses that your body is signaling you? That can definitely be something like as you kind of get to know what your what your triggers and like what your thought processes are I'd kind of question whether that was really a strength because it can just be like people are actually getting numb to numb to it.
