Look at your manager's responsibilities and see what she or he has been tasked to do on the big bed of the company. Seek out leaders that you not only like, but you want to become like. And then i would say the third comes to proactively disrupting yourself - this is probably not something that many people are seeking out right now because we've had enough disruption.
