The way you currently were doing things was producing overhead, which wasn't maybe as great. The backlog was mainly full of stuff that we didn't end up needing to do once we moved to command it in the Elixir. Having those devs be the guys that were involved in that, I think it's crucial. And then the other thing was we had our senior front end guy at the time, Sam Tutton, he's since left the company to go and do some coffee, online coffee brewing or something. But he liked it and he understood it and he saw the value in it. So it wasn't like I was just putting something in front of people that didn't make sense to them
