Gnosticism is not a break up, it's a continuation. There were those in alexandria who simply didn't let it die. And e it's what the church is missing when when the church then took over christianity. The same could be said with the temple tradition in judaism. They simplified it all down to something very moralistic. Very simplisitic explanation of what happens in the after life. So indefinitely, ah is like a science of the age, but a science that is trying to understandnot just the world we perceive, but the world that we i access through visions, and that is the after life world.
