Is the Ohio Abortion Law Permitted or Prohibited?

A number of lawyers i respect came to that, o respect on both sides, came to completely different conclusions about what the ohio law permitted or prohibited with regard to the ten year old. I'll just bea i think we're going to go through a period of time where there is a necessity of refinement of laws that were origin passed with no real belief that they were going to go into effect. And again, we're talking 50 states here, so we're not opining on your states law. Some of them we're not drafted with the care necessary to deal with foreseeable situations that could jeopardize a woman's life or health.
