I think we have a mandatory retirement age in the military for just this reason that you get to a certain age. And mentally, you just can't operate the level you need to operate at. So if it's required for the military, why not for elected officials, certainly for the commander in chief of the military? All I can say is that I'm unaware of what the rules are in the military regarding age. But I'd never heard that before.
