Transactional process improvement is the processes that you mostly most likely can't see. It's things that are happening in communication and handoffs between different departments. A lot of it could be electronic or, you know, through electronic workflows as well. Those are a little bit easier to see. But it's ultimately a lot of the things that are running our businesses behind the scenes.
