"I don't think dudes talk enough about how women have it different than guys on social," he says. "We're living through an incredible time for female and minority entrepreneurs ... It is definitely harder." He's a self-confessed extrovert who leaves $4 million on the table every year because people won't book him to speak due to his cursing.
