There seems to be a really strong connection between the number of hours a day that you're using these networks and the state of your mental health. Some kids who are on these social networks more than three hours a day are at a much higher risk of depression, of anxiety, and of not sleeping well enough. The report talked about various studies showing that certain groups have better or worse times in general on social media.
