How to Create a Good Virtual Training

When you're creating a really good virtual training or talk, what signals are you looking for to know that it is working well? If you've spoken at a conference, you have kind of an in-mate interpersonal understanding of the people they're paying attention. What does that look like virtually? Usually nothing. Often you don't get anything. And that's a real limitation of the format.
