Gary Gensler and the Hillary Victory Fund

Gary Gensler was in charge of Hillary Clinton's finances. He worked directly with attorney Mark Elias during the campaign to create what was called the Hillary Victory Fund. During this time, her campaign paid millions to a law firm called Perkins Coley. This was at the same time that the Steele dossier was getting paid for. We've seen this in a number of instances throughout many, many years, people who are always better at their jobs continue to get better and better jobs until they just fail upwards.
