The internet is basically a self publishing machine with gatekeepers and curators that we think of as platforms. Do you have a hard rule against AI-generated books? If the next Prince Harry book is written instead of a ghostwriter he uses chat GPT would you stock that book? No. Not as a principle any more than if there's an audiobook that's being read by a bot that's made to sound like George Clooney. We judge all of those things and put only the best in front of our customers that is the job of a bookseller.
