On day five, the first time that i tried to lip zink, i couldn't follow the speed. But on day six it became better, because i repeat it again. And on day seven, this is a combination of lip sinking and shadowing. On day seven, youare going to actually see how your er voice is going to respond to all that training. So now that you've given your mouth enough time to understand how to shape the words, now how it will become with the sound.
