The Role of Dialectic in Conflict Resolution
Debate antagonism between competing worldviews or competing principles is collaborative in the best case scenario. But there's a point in which trust can break down because things get so heated and you often see that as well with rabbinic texts. In Jewish language we might say that truth is not the only value there's the competing value of of what's called peace.
