Uber Eats launched and essentially decimated our business. That is the, sorry, I shouldn't say fundamentally, that is the proximate cause of failure. As soon as consumers had a relatively affordable and quick delivery alternative to Sprig, people started to move away. We also had our own scaling challenges internally. But the primary cause of failure was that we had the wrong model and we were trying to be a startup.
