i just want us to have that kind of scrappy start up mentality, i say. I find there's a constant tension between the way i want to do things and the way i would do things by default. There is an energy that needs to be out souced elsewhere. Yes, it's disrupting what's going on in the business,. But what what might that look like with minimal disruption? Like, what could we hack and trial and before it becomes embedded as a new way of being? Ye, yes. That's good point.
