How Long Does a Chest Tube Last?

There's probably not a right answer to this. We typically will remove a tube for chloroanevection and when it grants less than 100, 150 ml of 24 hours. In the missed tube trial with the which compared TPA versus DNA versus combination versus placebo, the average hospital in the state was 12 days. So we don't know how long the tube is going to stay in, but I would say at least probably three days.
