The Fire Drone: A Heat Resistant Drone That Can Scope Out a Map, Burning Buildings and Even Forest Fires
Scientists at Imperial College London and Impa in Switzerland say they have developed a heat resistant drone. It's hoped that the fire drone, as it's called, will provide crucial firsthand data from danger zones to help spot survivors. The basic idea is to have a drone that can fly in hot environments, also in cold environments.
