How to Be Open-Minded in Conflict Situations
I think we can be open-minded versus close-minded, especially in conflict situations. The reason we get there is because we have our own opinions. I'm still living that space for someone not just to say what they need to say, but also being open-hearted about hearing what they're saying. When someone tells you something, especially when you don't want to hear it, there's usually at least 1% truth in what they're Saying almost always. And if we look for that and then we can address the things that we can control, I think going into those conversations and those situations, being more open-minded, willing.
