The Importance of Nutrition in the Diet
I like people to follow something approximating a whole 30 diet or at the very least a very paleo template real food diet. The reason we do that is to decrease inflammatory stimulation to their body, but also to increase the nutrient density of their diet. What we're really doing is rebuilding receptors and neurotransmitters in the brain. And like the little men working up on the neurons, like they need raw ingredients. That comes from food.
