Aristotle Says, "The More Intelligent Must Rule the Less Intelligent"
Aristotle says politicians need to study the soul. Chen knew I spoke the truth. He's a very clever politician and politicians by the very nature of their work must have an instinctive feeling for the truths of psycho history. So it's kind of a negative telos. We need to have small scale nucleonics. That people can use, you know, washing machines and stuff. And what it made me think of was Edward Bernays propaganda where he says without a doubt, the more intelligent must rule the less intelligent. The way that they do this is by unseen methods and propaganda is one of these methods.
