How Do You Handle Unpaid Staff in Your Church?

In-house started like a leadership university. We are raising up and releasing leaders into ministry, but it's actually not being facilitated in any way by somebody being paid by the church. For us, it's intentionality. It's not saying, okay, well, we raised them up and now they're fully released. Even though go do it. Continue to walk the journey of leadership out.
