Twitter Stock Is Up 4% of the Day

Yesterday, as everyone was buzzing about this app that was about to be launched, Meta stock was up at one point. I think it finished up 2.9%. How does that make sense? It's a little bit of an overreaction, frankly. If Twitter were a public company, its value would be down today.
