I got the impression that caffeine helped with a PT and the first Jana, but it would hamper the peacefulness of higher Jana's. And I think it had to do with kind of like lowering the caffeine intake. So and that experience, then morphed into what I thought was like the beginnings of the second Jana and that was joy, like unbelievable joy. Like getting really good news is very ego-driven and we'll talk about that.
