The Importance of Managing Mess
I don't buy the question of competency anyway. It sort of links in with the whole Myers-Briggs nonsense and the whole sort of concept that you're born within eight qualities. So I think the key thing to understand is that the world is very messy, and human beings evolved to manage mess. And so, would you then still hold the idea of developing a competency or would you like?
