impact mapping has been around since 2012 and was coined by Goicoatcuc. It's a simple, fairly simple mapping technique which is sort of like, in kept with what we just talked about. The second level is about like, which customer segments have a problem that are worth solving to achieve that goal. And then you can map out the individual outcomes of those different customer segments, which are called actors in the impact map. So for example, I mean, the impact is probably something you need is the first point of orientation, even when doing discovery.
