There is so much value of putting a human touch on even the small accounts. If we're calling with a script, if we're calling robotically, you no really mean that you're worth a hundred seats to me. And oftentimes it's just reaching and to customers like, so glad you called. I need another hundred seats. So i think a lot supporting the journey versus like felling.
