Esther: I had a really interesting conversation with an inspector so Esther now our vision of offset. The inspector said how pedagogy is the most important thing of all and curriculum is not as important as pedagogy. A good teacher will make up for a poor curriculum but can't make up for poor pedagogy, she says. She adds that what we're hopefully trying to work towards is both making great choices having great content and then having great pedagogy to be able to deliver it well.
