Art and Sports

i was thinking, reading your book, that for both art and sports, it seems like to change working conditions, you would also have to really fundamentally change the sectors as a whole. Who'se paid for performing art and sports and what audience the art and sports are made for? It would just like for a just art and sports world to exist. Like can that happen without the state? I mean, i think it could potentially happened without the state, but it certainly can't happen with capitalism.
