• Rebuilt itself from a struggling global miner into a North America–focused silver and gold powerhouse
• Completed a $730 million expansion at its Rochester Mine in Nevada, now the largest U.S. source of refined silver
• Seamlessly integrated SilverCrest’s Las Chispas mine, adding high-grade silver and gold production, and
• Strengthened its balance sheet from 4.5x leverage to near net cash, launching a $75M share buyback program in 2025.

He also reveals why silver’s industrial demand from electrification, solar, and AI data centers is colliding with years of underinvestment and mine depletion, setting the stage for what he calls the “early innings” of a lasting silver bull market.
