The best approach is to figure out what's causing that, get imaging, see a specialist. Depending upon the severity of stuven's injury, doing train now, rides when it feels ok still might not be the best approach. If you are experiencing like, a lot of pain, an inflammation, you need to reduce that inflammation and pain to a manageable level. Once you get that down, focus on mobility.
