Under Tony Blair, it was the Mondeo man. It wasn't about saying we are going out and specifically trying to persuade theMondeo man to vote for us. But I think something that Blair wanted from the mondeo man was to use it to articulate a particular vision about what he wanted the Labour Party to stand for.
