Puck Wudgy: A Shape Shifter

The Puck Wudgy is a two to three foot tall goblin or gremlin-esque thing. It often assumes the form of sort of, uh, um, human porcupine a porcupine. There aren't a ton of these sightings in the modern day but you'll find no shortage of amateur archeologist or cryptozoologist claiming to have encountered them numerous times.
