How to Fight for Your Users

Designers love what they don't know, but thrive around constraints. When working on the REI Skin Snow Report app, we asked users to add resorts and then sort those resorts. We watched users struggle for like a long period of time trying to figure out how to do this. And so their perception of it is very different from our own.
