I don't think that anybody needs longer than one month to fix some sort of behavior issue. It really does depend on the type of work that that person is doing. And we do fire people fairly quickly once we know that they are not in alignment or they're not willing to do what it takes to stay in our culture. I was an A plus student. I hated being paired in the group projects with the D minus students picking up all the slack. Yeah, exactly. It's like no thanks.
