Both bolsheviks and menshevik agreed that whatever else this revolution meant, the reorganization of property relations would be a key component. Martof pleranov favored a policy called municipalization; Lenin wanted to nationalize all the land. The two factions also disagreed on how they should treat Russia's duma: do we participate in elections or not?
