Investing in Income Producing Assets

I wonder how many young people actually understand the difference between an income producing asset and one that doesn't like crypto. I was in a debate with somebody from that world, and i was like, you guys should just pitch yourself as a compliment to the boring vanilla. That was my point. Now, i'm not say sing not to own any crito. I actually own some crypto. But like i i say, income producing is 85 to 90 percent of your portfolio. The other ten percent is save for things like crypto gold or whine.
