Is There a Timetable for the Development of the Nervous System?
i think people just hadn't looked close enough. There was some evidence that, i mean, clearly, the brain largely formed prenataly and around the time of birth. Early ner anatomists like armoni cahal were characterizing the development of the nervous system. They they knew that most cells are born when you're an infant or euknow, in the womb. And so i think it just led to this view that was perpetuated. Certain certain ideas get perpetuated without really being ever tested.
