Children acquire many of them naturally, and in others, they acquire culturally. But do those things that distinguish humans from other species have to be taught by some one? The younger the children are, the more they're similar across cultures. So their maturational capacities that become realized in the social interaction. Without the social interaction, they wouldn't happen.
