Is Multi Tasking a Superpower?

After 20 minutes of interrupted work, people reported significantly higher stress, frustration and pressure. Multi tasking creates a dopemene addiction feedback loop. There are even biological costs to multi tasking. We're burning up oxygenated glucose at a faster rate. As we burn through our reserves, we find ourselves feeling tired, irritable and less able to stay on task. Even if multi tasking did make us more productive, these factors might make us question if the improved productivity was worth it.
