The Importance of Discipline and Conviction
The writer of Hebrews quoted the same Psalm you did ginger and he added this in Hebrews 12 verse 8. If we're not being disciplined by our heavenly father, if the Holy Spirit is not bringing conviction into our hearts when we sin, that's when we need to be afraid. Romans 1 warns about people who are in this critical spiritual state. They have become filled with every kind of wickedness, evil, greed and depravity.
