The Difficulty of Teaching Someone to Become an R&D Engineer
As a business owner, that's probably the thing that I fear the most is good engineers leaving. If they're obsessed with something, that means they're also deep divers. And when you see it in somebody else and what they're doing, then you're like, okay, they've done the deep dives... They know what it's like to be an expert in something. So without putting degree initials after somebody, I would say that would be the trait that I would go on a fee.
