Kwame: I always thought that once you get to a certain level, things will get easier. And what I found is as you get to that mythical level, things just keep on getting harder and more challenging. He says it's the heaviness of making day-to-day business decisions that was surprising to him because the work is easy. The higher he gets in this industry, the more people who want to do business with him,. Like that's the hardest part to just keep on going because, you know, that it's heavy.
