Terence Fisher, the Director of a Curse of Frankinstein
Terence fisher was regarded as one of the top hammer directors. He didn't evenly particularly like horror, but he wasn't io. The original gothics that he made are still some of the best horror films you'll ever see. You can kind of bathe in the set design and the production design on this film. It's a lovely little touch that i'd never really noticed before this re watch. I don't know whether it was just a happy inokas bray was probably a very cold studio on the old records. But ye, it doesn't matter, it works.
